I am sticking with 1200 a day. I don't understand why the scales not moving I'm not cheating . I eat three meals a day. I'm just greatful I'm not gaining.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
