Typo earlier this morning. Yesterday was a marathon and I just ate what was around and I knew was not going to bother me. Was it seven layer cake? No, more like plain eggs, tortillas and granola cereal. All mostly low fiber, easy to digest. I'm going to log it later, but my takeaway is that 1) the swelling and excess water is going away, I feel better and I'm able to move around again and as long as I listen to my body and respond accordingly, I can avoid the meds and the ER. Don't take that wrong, I absolutely do know when to go to the ER but I'd rather avoid it and just quit eating when I'm having an episode.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
