Nice. I do presses with dumbells from my lower chest. After a nice set of flys. Curls are great, but I have to give plenty of rest. My elbows get angry.

I'm usually medium grip middle fingers on the lines..my wide is watch your hands so you don't crush them while putting the bar back down. You ever tried suicide grip?
