10st 7lbs Fat machine 25.9% No WW. Got an afternoon tea today to celebrate four big family birthdays, really annoyed with myself that I'm now this weight so don't feel good for photos and always gonna look back on them with regret that I dropped the ball (again). But I just so lack motivation at mo, feeling blue and it comes out in over eating and missing out exercise in favour of sloth with a book. I'm kinda waiting for some sort of penny to drop but I know that really it's got to come from me, no one else can drag me out of my rut 😥
147.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

I find just a 20mins stroll helps me support my head, thoughts & get perspective on what's eating at me. I've even walked a couple of rings round my local park to relax my brain. You'll get to it again.

Yup.. just try taking a walk.. even a short one.. I find it helps clear my mind! Good luck 👍

I know exactly how you feel. I lost 3 and half stone and have put over a stone back on, so disappointed in myself but a holida in November is getting closer so that is motivating me to get back to it. Try to remember how you felt before gaining the weight... It helps me

Be nice to yourself. Celebrating special events with people you care about is important too
