What a great day for you!!! Dropped 2 lb and a salad 🥗!!! Great Hump Day for you Sassy Girl !!! Third trimester going to be the best time because you are getting so close to meeting your little princess So exciting for you and your family !!! Enjoy your day and stay cool with this crazy heat wave coming Water water water 💦 😊🙋🏻‍♀️ 

Oh my god this heat wave is something else isn’t it? I’m going camping for the first time this weekend. And by the first time I mean I’m actually Glamping in a 28 foot trailer. Steven told me no more tents for him since he has been in the military for so long. The camper has memory foam mattresses and air-conditioning among other amenities. Did I mention it has a bathtub? I don’t even know what to think. We’re taking my black lab with who is definitely at risk for heat stroke if left home. How are you going to beat the heat? This third trimester feels so good because it is the homestretch and we are getting closer and closer to holding our baby girl. As a naturally nervous person I think I am afraid to completely celebrate until this point in the pregnancy because what if something were to happen, I would just be heartbroken and devastated. But even if Astrid were born today she would survive they say. I meeting Steven’s family for the first time tomorrow. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried about it. What if something happens with Matthew or the dog, or I get crabby and can’t save face. What if something off-color it is said about me still being legally married and pregnant with his baby LOL I just have to suck it all up and realize it’s just one weekend.  

Look at you Glamping !!! LOL 😂 That’s the only way to camp 😎 We did go years ago with friends all the way around the state s edges We have a beautiful state Painted Rocks the dunes Mackinaw Island Porcupine Mountain It was great fun but I was just glad to get home 🏡 ps no Glamping just pop up camper No air used campground showers and lots of housekeeping cooking cleaning and dishes So needless to say I was not the camping type LOL And if Steve is loving you and the baby I am sure they will too !  

Just keep an eye on your Matthew so he and the dog don’t go exploring on their own!!! Little girl just did that while camping and Thank God she wandered to a house by the next day and was safe😊As for worrying they nickname me Debbie Downer LOL Will the kitty be in a cool house too ? That’s how I will survive the heatwave with lots of cold water 💧  

Debbie downer LOL that’s hysterical! I don’t get that from you at all. I’ll have to let you know how it goes. He’s met all of my family, all two people :-) I guess now it’s my turn. Lord knows he’s done a marvelous job pleasing my mother who is 100% danish and very hard to please. I have four cats and they’ll all be inside the AC while we’re gone LOL. The animals are all very pampered around here. Yes I heard about that little girl who wandered off, how terrifying for her and her family and the community. If I could put Matthew on a leash and it not be improper I probably would.  

I have a feeling we will do some sort of state tour eventually, Steven is from way up north (Marquette County) and there’s so much beauty to see up there. I was born in lower Michigan (Petoskey) I know something about the beauty downstate, too! Traverse city is one of my favorite places. I really haven’t been that far south before, and certainly haven’t done all of the edges of the state. I went to Detroit once. A lot of street art so that was neat. And yes our state is the best! Upper & lower!
