Huge drop. I’m sure it’s because it’s the first couple weeks but I went on a 9 mile hike last week and over 10 miles Saturday and according to Endomondo they we worth 2500 calories each. I’ve adhered rigidly to my diet and I’m actually starting to feel a little weak so I may need to up my caloric intake for awhile. The hardest part will be when I’m working my butt off and the scale won’t budge. I’m under 150 though so I’ll hold tight to that. Still have all my rolls but my legs are definitely looking better.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
