TOM must've been contributing to the last 3 weigh ins, I always have trouble.

I had to weigh myself today because I am going out of town for the week, and won't be able to do it Weds.

been tracking food best I can, but the weekends are harder because of the food sharing. will keep going this week!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
