I wanted to eat everything in sight last night, but managed to keep it down to a half-serving of dark chocolate, which I devoured like a wild animal. No doubt it was because of stress over working on taxes, arguing with hubby over those numbers, dealing with an a-hole client, and knowing I have to go to a meeting today that I'm not looking forward to. I'd rather stay at home and hang out with my dog and cats.

I don't know if I'll have time for breakfast with all the work demands getting emailed right now. Screw it. I'm having breakfast. They'll just have to wait.

Tried to get by on a little pork tenderloin but that wasn't doing the trick. Was feeling kinda foggy and shaky, so having some yogurt, nuts and fruit now. Seems to be helping.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! skipping breakfast is the worst diet mistake. If I don't have my fish and eggs, I get real cranky.
