Up today but I very much enjoyed the deep dish pizza, beer, and ice cream cone dipped in sprinkles that I had last night! I went swimming with my kid and then to a special workout at the gym. It was a pretty good day!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
