Another small gain. TOM came this morning/last night, so I'm hoping to blame it on him. Last month, I had a good loss after he left, so here's to hoping it follows this month!

On another note... I know I need to get better at logging my food :-)
157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
