I thought I was doing better than that....I will not give up....I did not have any fried foods, except the 3 oz or so of taco meat for taco's....I have to find a way to get the carbs down...
267.6 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Myrna..best way to reduce your carbs is cut out breads, pastas, noodles, rice, gravies, potatoes and other high starch veggies...and any sweets that aren't sugar free. I will help you anyway I can and feel free to check out my food diary. Hang in there...you can do this.
