Day 2 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Yesterday I only had one scoop of protein powder. However, I did not run. Today I WILL run!

175.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
