Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

Yesterday, due to scheduling, I did not get my usual huge weekend meal. I ended up hitting these macros:

Carbs: 78 Protein: 87 Calories: 2095

Protein and carb numbers that low are unheard of for me on the weekend.

The calories are the usual, but my body water weight is what I am measuring on the scale and that is affected by the carbs and protein.

Over time the net fat on my body will be affected by my diet choices. I am tempted to hit those macros again today, let’s see how it goes…

@srossca - Haha we will see! If I 'go crazy' today it-just-wont-matter, however, if I 'act reasonably' this could allow me to gain some 'net ground'. I feel good right now, and I plan to do a 7 mile run and that usually helps (totally suppresses my appetite for 2-3 hours)... The July 4th weekend is a 4 day weekend so no matter what I do that will cause 8-10 pounds (sigh)...
