Hmmm so I’ve been thinking 💦. It can’t be a fat gain because it came on too fast. However it’s sticking around. I’m hopeful that it’s muscle (with a small amount of fat of course). Will give it another few days before getting my hopes up lol.
Labs showed sodium was up a bit. Not over the top number but close to it. That points to water yet I did labs at 4pm after fasting since the night before. Couple drinks of water for meds and that’s it. They said I wasn’t fasting because of those few drinks grrr.
Gym night is probably a bust as hubby is planting. I have to pick up one kiddo from my aunts house this afternoon too. Guess I’d better plan that instead of being on here 😉. Have a happy Friday all!

Water can stick around for awhile, especially if you weren't allowed to flush it out by drinking good amounts.

It probably doesn’t help that I had that one bottle of propel then a route 44 diet strawberry limeade. Pretty sure that’s all I drank yesterday. Oh and another propel before bed. Not near enough with this heat.
