I mentioned in an earlier entry, I do not have a scale at home. had a minute here at work, weighed myself, and I am super excited to report my first weight loss in a long time... only been tracking my caloric intake for 23 days, changing my food choices around, and increasing water input, but nothing else. down 13 lbs. very encouraged to keep going... might not ever reach my goal, but I can get down below 300 for sure.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 154.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
