Sunday funday. the trend is still downward my last carb up resulted in 195 lbs.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad that I can provide some entertainment. And actually, my last carb up put me at 198.6 so this is a lot lower. 192. I should be back in the 180's today.
