It has been a month of wonderful family vacation and celebrating in our family! Which is all good but typically makes summer a hard time for me to lose any weight at all so I am really grateful to have come home and within a week gotten down to my pre-vacation weight! Today I was down a little more! So Inermitant Fasting really worked well for jumping back into my routine! Normally the # on the scale would send me on a mental beat down and I would not only lose my momentum but all will power to keep trying! I am feeling empowered that I have the tools now to keep going —I have One-derland in my sites folks less than 10 lbs to go!🎉

208.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
