I did my weigh in. I weigh 59.4kg or 131 lbs. Last time I weighed was in October about 3 weeks after starting my diet. I was 84 kg (185lbs) at that point. Not sure how much I was when I started probably close to 195 lbs.

I other news I cannot see my feet when standing straight. I need bigger feet
131.0 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Sarah1950 I wanted to focus on my diet more than on the daily swings. So that is what I did. I used clothing to track my progress. The advantage with clothing is that they measure the trend. Now that I am in a normal bmi I may need to pay more attention. we will see
