Just plugging along. But MAN! I have to cut back a lot of cals when I’m not working out. Haven’t found that happy balance. Gotta get back to the gym. Work on my guns 💪
185.4 lb Lost so far: 114.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s such a fine balance. I haven’t just focused on diet only and not the gym in a while—I know with wt fluctuation and exercising it’s a hard balance. What would you suggest first ? Getting back to the gym ? Or diet ?
