The weight and inches a falling off. I am so happy I finally found a meal plan that works for me and that I enjoy. Friends ask me what I'm doing and when I tell them I get, "Oh, I can't do that." I'm only sharing what you ask me I reply. My husband and I have enjoyed doing this LCHF meal plan. I had a great time in a clothing store trying on new sizes. I can't wait to hit my goal weight and purchase some vacation clothing in Aug. Be Well everyone!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
