Did a LOT of walking this week. Also did a bit too much eating and drinking at the weekend. Logged food only on Monday. I guess overall that's okay in the general scheme of things 😁 This week will be a bit more normal from Wednesday onwards, so I think that would be a good day for me to log food again, and maybe I will continue for a few days?
134.8 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
