Day 6

60 Hours Fasted*

Fasted cardio yesterday morning + fasted lift/cardio/abs yesterday evening. First day back in nearly 10 months. Bloofy af this morning. Expected to be down more since I hit 198.4# yesterday afternoon. Fasting insomnia in full effect. Sea legs also. Squat's down 100#. Off to the gym again for morning cardio. Then an all day meditation workshop, cause issues... Then lift before Ffght night with the boys tonight. Gonna be tough to stick to iced tea during Ferguson / Cerroni... BBQ refeed manana!

Trying to decide whether I should launch my recomp Monday or cut for another week. Probably around 15% now. Working to peak at reunion in 2 weeks. I'm thinking better strong with a little muscle and pending love handles than scrawny and weak with a little baby 2 pack. Vain, I know. Crystal clear on my motivation....
