48 Hours Fasted

Just logged 198.4# after a mini nap. Little known fact. Fat leaves the body via respiration, mostly while you sleep. Down 1.4# on the nap. Fcuk Yeah!

So now, instead of cooking for Pop (who is, as I type, washing dishes in his boxers) and sampling my way to a broken fast, I am leaving the natives on their own and heading back to the gym.

Jimmie pop— I am deeply I,pressed that you knew how fat leaves the body. You are so right, mostly through respiration and I think less than 2 % bu urine sweat and feces.. so,ethereal. In my files I have an interesting article on this subject. I’ll try to find it and screen print the title just in case anyone would like to read it. Kudos to you. Someone has done some homework!
