Yesterday I ate at 106% of goal. I exceeded my protein but failed to come close to all activity goals. BF up 0.6% and is out of range. So far this week has been mostly a rest week. The weight gain is welcomed but at the sacrifice of gaining body fat. I'm confident that I will get my body fat percentage back in range when I return to normal activity.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
