Taking it an ounce at a time. I need to jump start my loss again. My bday is the fourth of July and I'm hoping to at least get near goal. Have a healthy day 🙋
191.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks to me like you are staying fairly even with your weight. It seems that many have trouble losing this time of year. I truly think the heat has us retaining water.
