Back at the gym even though the diverticulitis and the shoulder and hip bursatus is back. I'm taking it easy but I'm so hungry the past few nights. I know it's the pain but I have to push through...wish me luck. Have a healthy day 🙋
190.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
