I changed up from a diet that is working for ne to see if I could enhance my results by cutting out too much ham and adding in oatmeal. Im no dietician, but I have found that eating meals 8 hours a day and drinking water all day in small increments helps. I have lost 15 pounds already on my own after quiting smoking ciggarettes and stopping fat gaining meds.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
