today I saw a lot of post about summer cut...feel I want to go with the trend a get ready for summer 👊🏻🌞
But I also feel I want to increase my calories intake by 100 calories a day and that will allow me to gain muscle 💪🏼

By Monday I will have to make changes to my diet... just to add some excitement to this ☺️

120.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I only increase cause I’m going to the gym 3 sometimes 4 times a week...the minute I decide to stop going to the gym I will decrease my calories, not asap...immediately!

Yes i just feel so energetic, after work I just play, do therapy eat with my children cause before work I clean, cook and all so I do it all
