This is a lip biter for me. I literally just got my brain to accept 200, it’s a 28 pound weight gain since prepregnancy. But 202? 🙄 I just don’t like it. I’m gaining too much too fast. What happened to one pound per week. Told Steven, I’m gonna flush my system with water and see if that helps. 😩

Perhaps, what you need is eat a little bit less. 🤔😊. Take care of yourself! 💞💕

KB, I know that you're trying to hod the line and not gain as much weight with this baby as you did with other pregnancies. It's got to be so difficult to fight down to where you were and then have to accept that *gaining* weight can be a good and necessary thing right now. The water flush may help. You need extra calories for the baby. This must be such a challenge for you! You're in my prayers!

Miraculum thank you for your support! It IS super duper hard accepting the weight gain. I have an easier time accepting it when it’s going according to plan: slow. I’m sure water will help.

Just remember you are pregnant and that child needs to be healthy and eat all nutrients...as a mom we are not as important as our children. (Not that we are not important)

I had three pregnancies and gained about 60 pounds with each. No matter how hard I tried, I was simply hungry all the time and just needed to eat, a lot! I did manage to lose the weight each time after having my healthy babies. Listen to your body. Eat what you need and try not to stress too much about the weight gain. You will be able to diet and your appetite will return to normal after you deliver. I too struggled with binging & purging and eating disorders most of my adult life, I understand the struggle. You can do this!
