Darn! I blame the Italian sausage I had for lunch yesterday. I cooked it in the air fryer, but it was still real greasy! Lesson learned!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
