I watched my freggie intake yesterday and my cals were much lower because of it. So low in fact, that I was able to splurge on some ice cream that wasnt as good as I hoped it would be. Im hoping that Im up today from DOMS (not from underestimating cals) and that I start seeing the downward trend after staying on track a few more days.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
