I’m over eating my cals. Trying to get back into ketosis to curb my appetite. It’s funny the entire year I haven’t had too much of a gain and now it won’t stop!! 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭
196.4 lb Lost so far: 103.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

You're still doing great! I find that extended periods of plateau or gains are really helpful because it allows me to compare what works for me and what doesn't.

Right—that’s one thing in the past I’ve let consume me. I can’t and won’t let my impatience get the better of me. I’ve been lazy with tracking. I can’t be like Chris and D with the 36788544789 cal surplus! 🤣💪
