Pancakes=weight loss...since when..lol. I'm feeling much better today but I'm holding out one more day for real exercise. Have a healthy day 🙋
189.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
