My wife came home from the store yesterday excited because she found a new 1 carb cheese tortilla wrap, , She finally joined the Keto lifestyle, but she is very healthy and toned, goes to gym 5 days a week, orange theory and pickle ball two nights a week. Helps me keep in line !!1 my daughter also joined FS and keto life style dropped over 12 # in 2 weeks. And I'm and we are DO N OK !!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 228.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I make it at home by melting slices of cheese in the oven. It’s super fast and easy. Glad you found keto!

Curious, is it FlatOut bread? Just found it in our local deli and farm market, I love it, my teen which is somewhat picky about things loves it too. Way to go on your progress and your family's participation now, very cool!
