Nice drop after my restricted calorie day. 2.6 lbs! I will be interested to see if it fluctuates back up after a " normal" day.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Carol, very glad you are down in weight, also very glad for you that you are not pregnant - lol - but so sorry you are going through such trials at home. Life can be very stressful at times. Money worries are awful. So many of us have gone through hard times, it makes you wonder why we have to struggle like this, there must be a reason. I pray for a miracle for you too. Holding you in my heart and hoping some answers come through for you. Have a better day sweetheart.

Miscalculated. Only 2.4 lbs. not 2.6. Lol. Thanks Isabel. This is tough. Not the losing weight so much as life. Just keep plodding. That's my mantra. Along with a few favorite scriptures. Be still and know that I am God. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And his grace is sufficient.

2.4 is still awesome Carol. Definitely a step in the right direction. This is tough and you are right with the help of God we can accomplish anything . Have a wonderful day.
