Phone interview this morning before coming to work. A little stressed, but seemed to go well. Why am I feeling stressed about looking for a better employer, when it's my boss that's made my job so toxic? I've been in this job for going on 9 years. That's the longest I've ever been with the same company, let alone the same position. What does that say... I really enjoy my job. I don't have to enjoy the people I work with or even for, but I do have to enjoy the challenge of my position. Being constantly made to feel ineffective, and unnecessary UNTIL it's something that they can't figure out, or have screwed up, has been old for sometime. It was okay while I was dealing with chemo and being ill last year, but it's been 1 year this Saturday since my last round. Stopping my whine, now. Gotta get busy.
