Weight is down another .4 of a lb to an even 185.

I fear I am not feeling particularly energetic or enthused this morning ... just one of those mornings I think. Yesterday was a good enough day. Today has not major challenges expected. Just plugging along ... one day at a time.

I was exceptionally hungry when I went to bed last night. I had a very filling dinner, BBQ chicken breast and a huge salad (with lots of yummy things in it) so I don't know why I would have been hungry. Fortunately I stayed in bed and didn't feed my hunger.

So ... not much to say today ... except of course my practice of gratefulness ...

1. I got to see some former colleagues yesterday and visited a beautiful garden.

2. I ate only three small bites of carrot cake and threw the rest of my piece in the garbage ... that has to be a first.

3. Each day is a new opportunity.

4. Two more days until the weekend.

5. A rather 'unbusy' day ... which fits my energy level today.

Have a terrific Thursday ... I will be practicing kindness today, both towards myself and others and hoping my 'get up an go' kicks in sooner rather than later!!!

#2 leaves me amazed at your willpower! lol I've had morning blahs most of the week, so I certainly understand that feeling. I find myself dragging on my elliptical, at least for the first 10 minutes or so. Maybe it's just something in the air.... :)

I've been quite hungry these last few days as well, but things are holding steady for me. A 0.4 pound loss is decent maybe you will get back a little more tomorrow. Have a good day buddy!

I was extra hungry yesterday as well. Something in the air maybe. Hope a nice big Mexican lunch today will fix it :) Followed by a hardcore cardio day of course :) Hope you have a great Thursday. The weekend is almost here!

Hope your day cheered up as it progressed...I am sooo happy to be off for a couple of days...not feeling so great here...but it's a stomach upset - not the *funk* I was in earlier in the week...have a great evening darlin...for tomorrow is the last day of your work week....hugggggies

YES ... tomorrow IS FRIDAY!! And ... payday!!! And Monday is my honey's birthday!! The day was awfully busy for only having one appointment. But at least it passed quickly enough!! Fortunately I am feeling fine physically ... Deb sorry to hear you have a stomach bug. Cindy ... I must have picked up your weird feet ... whatever the heck that is!!! LOL!!
