I'm still having to work to eat up to goal. If it wasn't for snacks, I wouldn't get there. It's almost like I need to eat a forth meal. Yesterday I ate at 100% of goal after carefully adding selected snacks. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.1%
155.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

More muscle increased your metabolic burn so no wonder you need to eat more and are still maintaining or losing!

I have been in maintenance for so long it had started to get boring so I'm focusing on body fat. I have been able to increase my caloric intake by 400 calories and still keep my body fat percentage in my desired range. I'm trying to gain and stay within my desired body fat range. So far it has only been a couple of pounds with BF still in control...

@ChrisW, I'm kind of accepting the fact that I may go out of range from time to time. I'm currently at the top of my desired BF range...
