9st 9.6 lb Fat machine 23.6% (2 off at WW Thurs & 7yr gold anniversary!) My last week now before hol so got to do my best. I did sit through the double bill of Avengers Wed for the midnight show without any sweets so that's pretty heroic of me 😆 A week today we'll be traveling up to stay with our daughter ready for early flight Sun! We have a pretty packed schedule once we're there but I'm really looking forward to it all 😃
