Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Yesterday I wanted to ‘eat’. I decided to have a protein shake instead. This did not help my diet, but, it didn’t hurt it much either. I still got my 🏃🏾‍♂️ 3 mile run in the morning and my 45 minute walk at lunch and after work.

But, so far the scale is not moving 😫🥺🤔

So, I have lost my ‘motivation’ to ‘water fast’ today. Today I will go back to drinking Protein Shakes during the day (this is what I call ‘no solid food fasting’).

I’m doing what I 'mentally' can. Whatever happens, happens.

173.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think we have the same scale! 😉 I know I have to get things figured out, but you always seem to be on target. Hope you don't get frustrated M. You always figure it out. 👍

@Becc@ - Thanks. I am truly ok with this. It is kinda hard to cry about something when I *know* I will be gaining in two weeks anyway when I am on vacation. Haha!

If I didn’t eat all day and ran 3 miles and didn’t lose weight I’d lose my damn mind! 🤣🤣🤣😅

@CrashtestDawnie - 🤣😆 I am 'rebelling' by going back to drinking my Protein Shakes during the day. After true 'water fasting' most of last week I "feel like I am in heaven" Haha!
