Today is a long day for me. I'm interviewing from 9-5 and meeting from 6:30-8. My eating is off, I did exercise this morning Bodypump 45min. I'm feeling: Focused, Stress: none, Energy: Good
168.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
