good Saturday morning..

wind has quit blowing....im glad..gonna have to walk around house later..see if everything is still intact....

weight is finally on the downward move once again....just need to watch the salt intake....

wifi dish is blown over...so not sure about a zwift ride today yet...might have to go from local wifi carrier....to wireless verizon...

well....grinning this morning with the release....

time to refeed...start another day...
