Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

One year ago..I was coming home from the Er...after a life changing experience on my trek carbon...I had been riding for several years..had fallen over..and it didn’t ever bother me so much as this last year has...one year later..even with shoulder surgery..I only have so much movement...when I walk now it’s not the same..but I learned to adapt..it’s been a learning experience for sure..made me more aware when I do ride outside..made me a stronger person both inside my body and outside of my body..when one door closes..another one opens...

This week has been a busy week..with the warmer temps..once I do a journal..then rest of my day begins...and most days it’s just a quick look if that on internet...try to check in around 4pm..as after that..I put phone and ip down for the day...to get relaxed before bedtime...don’t need negativity from internet to take to bed...happy thoughts when I lay down..

Got my new wahoo kickr core yesterday...along with a new trek alr 5 aluminum road bike..gray in color..only 20 pounds...feels lighter then I expected...to tired yesterday to ride it..have a scheduled ride on zwift later..to break it in...

Today’s plan..sort bicycle parts..tag them as to what they go to...have 3 sets of rims..have kinetic smart trainer to try and store until I can sell it..wrong time of year for that...just clean and organize my little store ...

Welp..breakfast is once again gone..need to get up and get things ready to do a ride on trainer later..
