Starting to enjoy weighing in...

Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

Rested again yesterday..napped around..did go outside several times to get some rays but just to windy to enjoy it..took cover off central unit outside..might be an early summer with the temps increasing more each day...rain tonight...80 s today..and a wind advisory...hope it doesn’t storm..but I sleep so sound most nights...I never know we had one until...someone says hey did you hear that storm last night...I’m like o really...it stormed..

Scheduled ride on zwift anytime today..but gonna try and get on trainer about 9am...and get it over with..

Haven’t heard from bike shop yet...but hoping he will have it ready on Friday..or Saturday...I’m ready to get better consistent numbers when I ride/train...

Been really consistent with eating the way I should..trying to keep it simple...with very few changes...it’s working great for time being..hate to mess it up..but I’m human and have bad eating habits...a work in progress...

7am..breakfast is over..fueled up after a 24hour fast...unless you count the protein shake I had at 2pm yesterday afternoon..then it’s only a 17hour fast...the plant protein I drink really taste great...

Have a great Thursday...stick with what’s working for you..this is your journey...

It's nice to hear someone else who enjoys weigh-ins. I find them so valuable when setting my goals for each day...

I weigh in everyday..but know there will be ups and downs..and that is ok...for it to all work.keep it simple..be consistent..if its not working tweak it ever so lightly...to much tweaking..you have to zero it all back in again..
