Weight down today, again. Had to step on the scale two times this morning, as I expected weight-up after the five 'large' meals yesterday. Still feel stuffed in belly. Shocking, interesting, and fun at the same time.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 102.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
