adamevegod1's Journal, 08 April 2019

My family was in and I've been off the rails. I've eaten junk everyday, stuff I haven't eaten in years. This morning I woke up feeling like I had a hangover. I ate 6 pastries, and a big bowl of ice cream. Hopefully that was a wake up call for me. Please don't commend me for the loss, if you've seen the calories I've burned I should have dropped 10 lbs over the last two weeks. I might post some pics of my demolition calorie crunching activities.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How in the world did you keep down 6 pastries and a big bowl of ice cream?

Scalewathcer, I could have eaten half that again. I have the capacity to put away food.

Honest reporting is always the first step back to control. I understand how u can eat that much. I used to order a large pizza always just for myself and drink lots of red wine with it.

I commend anyone for not gaining under stressful situations, and you, my friend, have been under stress. (Good stress is still stress.) The fact you balanced out a calorie blow-out by increasing your activity means you stayed on top of it and were fully aware of what was happening, and that is simply fantastic.

Why thank you ConiMN, that's quite encouraging, but the truth be told it wasn't an intellectual balance, my added workload that burned my excess calories was do to necessity, not planed. Nevertheless, still made me feel better. You are an encourager.
