Shocked the scale went down...yard work does burn calories. I'm doing a two hour trek on the tread today. My gym is doing a 24 hour treadmill run for Relay for Life. My team is The Majestic Athlete Stompers" I think😨. Wish me luck & no blisters...lol Have a healthy day🙋
192.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
