Gotta be a water loss again. Or could this be my real weight again? A large unsweet tea, 1 1/2 togo coffee with splenda and two bottles of water was all I drank yesterday. Well also a partial or two of propel that I’d say down and decided to finish before bed. Dr appts all day so did nothing except sit on my butt on the car, in waiting rooms and in drs offices. Well except when I laid down on the dental chair lol. Ate light until bedtime when my tummy wouldn’t settle unless I fed it. One good choice and one bad choice as bedtime snacks. Horrible dinner choice but I had about 15 minutes to prepare something. My original plan was out because one kid skipped dinner as she laid down and refused to get up! She has a thing about fajitas as they represent my ‘restrictive diet’ to her. So once every month or two we have them and I gauge how she acts and if she’s becoming more comfortable. She is! She loved fajitas before my diet. Don’t get the hang up for her but it’s there so I’ll respect it and introduce them slowly back in. So basically I couldn’t make fajitas last night as planned. Ramen it was! Hungry mom but happy family.


117 triggers me to want to get to 115 whereas 118 makes me want to stay right there and under 120. I don’t understand my mind in this but I’ve learned not to fight it.

Hubby wants to go to the gym with me. His partner finally said no more. Mid 40’s, always hurting and not worth it. Wasn’t losing weight but also was holding steady or gaining on Keto. Probablyyyyyy all those yummy peanut protein balls his wife makes. Freaking awesome! If calories didn’t matter I’d be on Keto right now if she made me a couple dozen of those daily lol. I could live on almonds, meat, cheese and peanut butter protein balls right?? Anyway, we’ve had a membership since 11/2017 and we were supposed to go together. He was busy except 4am and I’m so NOT a morning person. Just laughed when he asked if I’d come at 4am. Married 17 years and he would even consider asking me that!?!?! So this week is Thursday. Next week will be M W F. I’ll let him know the day before if I can’t make it. Probably so he can call his buddy or maybe go earlier or something. He agreed to cardio with me and had to tell him he didn’t have to stay right with me. Do workout partners shadow each other on every machine? He’s willing to sue the bench press machine because obviously 120# week wifey can’t help him if he gets in a bind with a few hundred pounds on the bar. He also quit doing the leg press. Seems it hurts his lower back horribly. Real reason... he did 2200 in high school. I don’t think he could get there again in his 40s AND our gym machine tops out about 500 I think. He can do that easily but the position, at all inclines, still sends him to the chiropractor. Pretty sure he has more upper body muscles than when he was is HS. Shows off daily lol. Of course I did mention my love of some nice arms... He plans to get his chest bigger than mine. Hmmm off to call the plastic surgeon. I’m not a chest person so... will I ask for bigger so I can win or smaller so he wins already which kinda still means a win for me? Hehe not really but the look on his face will be priceless when I tell him that next time he mentions it ;).

@ Rosio, yes I’m getting there. I still have some low calorie days and some way over calorie days but it’s evening out. I’m having those candy bars or protein bars without worrying overly much about it. I’ve even *gasp* has some liquid calories lately. Told myself I wouldn’t in the last year and rarely deviated from that. Sometimes I just want a pop and like at the track meet all they had was plain water, hot chocolate and full calorie coke and Gatorade. I saved one of my propel waters for later and grabbed a coke to share with the teenager. I’d say I’m 100% comfortable yet but getting there. Maybe 75%. Better than the 25-50% I started out at a few weeks ago. Thanks for your help and encouragement!
