Nice. Hit a new low this morning. Yesterday, ate very light until dinner, when I had two stuff peppers, which added up to about a pound of hamburger according to my kitchen scale. That put me over the daily limit, but I still lost weight today. Interesting.
282.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
