Woo hoo more than 20lbs down!!! 🎶 Took longer than it has for me in the past so it means a lot! The difference this time is I did it without an expensive plan so that feels like an accomplishment too! Like some of you I have paid so much money over the years for plans that I feel like I should have a degree to show for it! Haha! Oh well on ward and upward except here I am hoping for the #s to keep trending downward!!😃 Have a great week my friends!🌷
213.7 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
